We ship all our items by Australia Post.
For international orders we are happy to quote shipping costs – please contact us.
All our goods are carefully packed for their journey to make sure they arrive in good condition.
Returns
daksforkids® will only accept exchanges or gift vouchers in return for faulty items. Details of this policy are provided below.

Return of faulty items
Items that are faulty can be exchanged for an item of similar type and cost or a gift voucher to an equivalent value.
daksforkids® will pay all associated shipping costs.
To exchange products, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Items sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned unless faulty.
Procedure for Returning Items
Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty items.
daksforkids® accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by daksforkids® (very rarely would returns take longer to process – if this is the case we will keep you informed).
